B. For Foreign Students:

Academic record with an average grade of C+ (85%) or its equivalent from the previous school last attended (refer it to an academic committee)

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) certification from the country of origin (refer to the academic office) for applicants from non-English speaking countries

A non-refundable admission fee of $1,000 is payable for two semesters
